We process orders through our online store and provide shipping information during checkout.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions, holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

2. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

A typical delivery may take approximately:

- United States: 3 to 8 business days after processing.
- International destinations: 7 to 21 business days after processing.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

5. Delays and Lost Packages

Nuteva is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first and then contact us at support@bynuteva.com.

We will help investigate the issue, but the final resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation.

6. Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
